Accepted Insurance
I am in-network under most plans through the following insurance carriers: Aetna, Anthem/Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Carelon, Cigna, L.A. Care Covered, Optum, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.
Individual insurance plans and behavioral health benefits may vary, therefore I partner with third-party billing platforms (Alma, Headway, and Grow Therapy) to assist patients with insurance verification. These platforms will confirm your eligibility and provide an estimate of any out-of-pocket costs prior to scheduling.
Self-Pay Rates
I also offer self-pay/”out-of-pocket” options for individuals without insurance, those with out-of-network plans, or for those who prefer not to use their insurance for services. Patients are responsible for paying the following rates per session at the time of service:
I am happy to provide a receipt of services (“superbill”) to submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company directly to inquire about out-of-network coverage and reimbursement rates.
Initial Intake Visit (60 minutes): $300
Follow-Up Visit (25 minutes): $150
